Mylyn brings extensive experience as a professional administrator, with a background that includes student advising, reservation and booking management, mortgage support, and technical customer service. She has managed high volumes of email, chat, and phone communication across different industries and time zones, consistently delivering prompt, professional, and accurate assistance. Her work history includes roles where she handled complex scheduling, document and data management, and ongoing client or student support.

At The Goodman Law Firm, Mylyn’s responsibilities include answering calls and responding to inquiries, gathering key information from prospective clients, scheduling consultations, and managing calendars so that the attorneys and paralegal can stay focused on strategy and client work.
